At Pretty Little Swans, our returns policy is 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, and you have not notified us via email, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are processed as soon as they are received.

Please send an email to to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item before returning the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase details in your email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags still intact.

Should items be returned with marks, stains or soiled material, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your exchange or refund. Should the garment be unable to be cleaned you will be contacted by us.

The cleaning fee amount will be within our discretion.

Returned items that are not received in their original condition will be automatically returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to reject a return if we are unsatisfied of its condition.

Returns requests are only accepted from the original purchaser of the product.


Exclusions for Returns

Due to health, safety and sanitary issues, certain products are excluded for returns or exchange, regardless of reason for exchange.

These products include, but not limited to:

  • Underwear, swimwear and hosiery
  • Hair products and accessories
  • Infant teething products, pacifiers
  • Bedding accessories (including mattress protectors and pillows)
  • Toilet training products
  • Clearance or Sale stock



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or declinal of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of approval.

If you are declined of the refund, we will return the item to you without a refund.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability. If your requested product for exchange is not available, then a refund or store credit will be issued and you will be notified by email.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including re-packaging for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your postage location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund and haven’t received the amount within 5 business days, follow these steps:

1.  Firstly, check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is fully processed and reflective of your account balance or appear on your transaction history.
